Snuggle Bunny

It's a little bit dressy, i know but this delectable lilac tutu and t-shirt was another great gift, this time from the thoughtful Julie. Its from The Gap and the long sleeved t-shirt has little rabbits printed on the front and back while the tutu comes with built in satin bloomers, so that even her derriere is stylishly shod.

Ring a Ring a Roses

Mini is having lots of fun this week as its half term, so she gets to spend all her time with big bro Phin, generally chewing up all his toys like a little puppy. Today Mini is wearing a gorgeous hand-me-down from Natalie's grown up girls Grace and Alice. We've taken a few of them out of storage and although they are still a tad too big, i couldn't resist. This one is from Ralph Lauren and is a fine knitted cotton dress with tiny crochet roses. Mini is wearing it with her new Trumpette ballerina tights and her ubiquitous pink bow.

Double Denim

Mini and her papa are flexing a double denim look today. It may have been a past no no but in today's fashion circles nothing could be chicer than layering up your denim. Toms jacket is from Double RL and Mini's dungarees are from the Gap and lined in the softest grey cotton marl worn with a burgundy tablecloth check shirt from Bonpoint and a mint and chocolate edged cardigan from The Wool Shed.

Candy Stripes

She's not quite big enough, but I couldn't resist putting Mini in her Sonia Rykiel for H&M stripes. I bought this outfit during last year's London Fashion Week when I was heavily pregnant. I also splurged on a matching sweater dress for me and a knitted Rykiel doll for my daughter to be. It has red hair and reminded me of my mums Amber tresses. A good memory I thought. So today while I'm away at fashion week again Mini is sporting her ultra hip fashion look with glee.

Busy Bee

Mini is such a busy bee. Always on the move, grabbing everything in sight and then hurling it on the floor.
Today Mini is wearing her knitted dress from Caramel with her citrus leggings from Stella for Gap. Easy breezy dressing for a girl always on the move.

Style Snacker

Mini loves a snack post swim. Today it's organix carrot and tomato rice cakes which leave a fabulous orange residue around the mouth. I swear they have even better colour coverage than Max Factor's new lipfinity liptint.
Today Mini is mixing up a little old with the new. Phins Ralph Lauren reindeer cardi and Caramel Breton stripe sweater get a new boost when worn with her tomato red cords from Bonpoint and her new light weight cotton peacoat from The Gap. Gold edged buttons add elegance and the polkadots concealed under the collar and cuffs add a dash of fun.

Be My Valentine

Mini gate crashed Merrill's Valentines bash on Monday and had the best time. There were chocolate chunks and sweetie sprinkles for Phin and his cohorts to stick onto giant chocolate hearts and Mini just loved being surrounded by so many other kids and all those giant pink and red helium balloons. She has been gripping onto hers ever since.

Today Mini is wearing her Stella for Gap knitted bow dress.  I love the frilled cap sleeves and the mix of off-beat colours. They are feminine but not obvious, orange with biscuit and poached salmon anyone?
