Cooking up a storm

Mini is on fine form today. Her appetite has returned and she had her first cooking lesson with her brother Phin who's a real pro already. We had a big bake-off in preparation for Papoo's birthday tea this Sunday and Phin was desperate to bake him a double chocolate cake and cookies from The Hummingbird bakery Cookbook. Mini wore her grey mini cords, bird print shirt and matching neck scarf and olive cardigan from Bonpoint to do the job.

So the main contribution Phin makes is adding ingredients to the mixer and then tasting the contents every time it stops. somehow Mini got hold of the whisk (she has far reaching fingers) and it ended up in her mouth complete with choco pudding. Talk about blissed out. She was non too pleased when her Mama spotted it and promptly whisked it away.
