New Years treat

Every year my mum and I would savour our New Years treat - a cremeschnitte. It's Mille feuille pastry with creme patisserie. Scrumptious.
Mini and Phin are excelling at their skiing. Phin is now going down the slopes without clips and harness and today we did the ski bob piste on the Hornli. Mini is practising too and loves it.
Check out the old skis on the last pic. Made from wood they are two metres long and I can't believe anyone could turn in them! 🎿
