It finally stopped raining and we were able to go for a little walk to the local feat of engineering. The Mungsterner Bruecke was built before the turn of the 19th century and now boasts a beautiful park with forest walks beneath this looming iron bridge and even a self propelled ferry to cross the Wupper river.
And seeing as the sun almost came out, the kids were treated to an ice Lolly by uncle Miki. Mini was wrapped up warm in her Bonpoint knitted coat while Phin was sporting his favourite reversible puffa by Finger In The Nose a super cool label for boys that has the perfect rock star edge.
